Lab Maintenance 7/21-7/22

The staging and QA labs will be down the evenings of 7/21 and 7/22 from 7:00 PM Eastern until the next morning.  The reason for this downtime is lab patching.  Note that this time was chosen to have the lab available during core hours of the day for the CONUS.
